I have had this beer before. I don't ever remember it being great or amazing. Wanted to retry as the reviews are so good! Let's see how we go.
It's a very pale in colour and no real strong smell that stands out, just your typical lager type smell. On the first sip, wow! Why did I not think this was that good at all? It's smooth, refreshing and slightly formal I would say.
On the way down it remains the same, just bloody great! I am still kicking myself that I didn't appreciate this.
Overall I would give this 9/10. It's a fantastic Helles and quite readily available online.
